I liked the way the whole issue was explained to me not in a pushing kind of way but in a way I could easy understand and so could make a good decision. They gave me a loaner so they could overnight fix my issue and washed the outside and tidied up the inside of my car and also helping me with a small scratch get fixed with my touch up paint.
