However, when we went in to test drive it, we found out that someone else had purchased it right before we arrived. She was very disappointed and ready to go home and call it a day. Fortunately, Preston was our salesperson and he was super understanding and upbeat and had two other excellent suggestions that we liked even more than the original car. First time Lexus owner I am a first time Lexus owner. I recently leased a 2016 ES 350 at Germain Lexus during the December to remember sales event. My previous car was a 2010 Chevy malibus thus needless to say this was a Big upgrade for me. This upgrade came with a lot of high end technology. Thanks to Alena Hayden I was able to get a grasp on this technology before I left the dealership. She was professional, kind, and took her time to make sure I understood the Siri hands free technology and well as the Lexus app that lets you control and monitor your car via smart phone. Mrs. Hayden really enhanced my sales experience and it is because of her that I can maximize my Lexus's potential and get complete enjoyment from my driving experience. She is a great employee and I would highly recommend working with her as she is very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. More

Another great sales experience I was not certain I even needed a new car- but was getting a lot of miles on my leased 2013 RX. My wife had an NX200 as a loaner and loved it- we visi I was not certain I even needed a new car- but was getting a lot of miles on my leased 2013 RX. My wife had an NX200 as a loaner and loved it- we visited our friend Bryan on Black Friday- just to see the car and ended up driving one home- a 200t. Minimum negotiation was required to keep me in a comfortable price range and the car has proven to be all I expected. The technology specialist got me all set up- delivery was a joy and we are now on our EIGHTH Lexus! More

I got the vehicle that I wanted in the condition advertised. There were a couple unforeseen bumps along the way, but Preston and the dealership ironed them out and made my purchase a experience. An added bonus was an extremely attractive woman showed me how to operate the many bells and whistles on my new car. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Easton to all my friends. More

Easy and Painless = Wonderful! I started my search over 40 days ago and was taking my time. The first contact I made was an inquiry with Germain Lexus of Easton's Preston Hutchins. I started my search over 40 days ago and was taking my time. The first contact I made was an inquiry with Germain Lexus of Easton's Preston Hutchins. It was a short email exchange and I was not yet ready to buy. Fast forward to day 42, I saw a vehicle advertised on-line that was just put up for sale. Not yet any pictures, however, the description gave me a good idea of the features and interior color I desired. When I called to inquire about its availability, Preston happened to answer. I did not recall our email as it has been many moons and many dealers and sales rep later... Preston recalled who I was. So a little impressed, I drove down, looked over the car, we made a deal and I am an owner of a well loved RX350. Mind you the car was just acquired and full detailing was not yet completed, however, Preston and his manager, Shane Kitts, gave me the commitment that they would make sure it was fully detailed at my earliest convenience. I drove the car home, and that even dropped it off and the following day, I had a fully detail car inside and out! Thank you guys! I would recommend anyone looking for a easy and painless experience to give them a visit. If you are like me and have been shopping around, you know you can run into all kinds of sellers.
