We recently purchased a used, near-mint Lexus 430SC, and the transaction went very well. However, within two days, I noticed an issue with the brakes that needed immediate attention. Working with Andy Butler, Pre-Owned Manager, he responded quickly by providing us with a courtesy loaner that they trailered 110 miles to our lake home, and picked up the car for repair. The Lexus of Dublin service team replaced what was a very expensive part - at no cost to us - and delivered the vehicle back to us in very little time. Andy and team went above and beyond in addressing the issue, and did so always with a smile. We can't say enough good about the experience we've had. As such, I highly recommend this dealership for anyone's vehicle needs, whether they be for new or used transportation. Very well done, Andy and team, and thank you! More
