When we picked up our vehicle he spent hours with us walking us through the many high tech aspects, and was able to answer all our questions. He's called to invite us back to discuss any questions and refresh our understanding of the vehicle. This is customer service at its optimum. This is our third Honda CR-V, and David McKee has been our service advisor for some time.
