We had a wonderful first experience as a first time Service Client at Germain Honda of Naples. David Doden was our Service Advisor. He was knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and accommodating. He even got my wife’s Prius into the Service Department without an appointment to find out the cause of the terrible smell in her car. It turned out that rats got into her car. His Team took care of the problem and also did excellent work on our Honda Ridgeline. David explained the work to be done and the cost to do it. He also gave us an excellent tip to avoid rats in our cars in the future. We were completely satisfied with our Service experience. We will be like my term customers. More
Don’t buy parts at this dealer! Germain quoted me $70 with tax for a gas cap! I went on-line to a Honda dealer in VA and they charged me $32 for the same genuine Honda part! I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and worked w/ Jim Walgreen. He was very professional and honest with me, which I really liked. There were some recomme (oil change and tire rotation) and worked w/ Jim Walgreen. He was very professional and honest with me, which I really liked. There were some recommended services for my vehicle, to which I declined and he respectfully didn’t push those services. That was very refreshing compared to other dealerships and service advisors I’ve been to in the past. He also regularly updated me on my vehicles progress, which was great! There was a bit of a wait time for the oil change and auto spa services (a little over 2 hours for both to complete), which was maybe the one area the dealership as a whole could improve on. Other than that, I am very satisfied and will come back again for the next service! More
