My pilot had an issue with the fuel injectors and David Doden researched and determined that they were covered under an extended warranty saving me hundreds of dollars . As I was leaving the area soon Davi Doden researched and determined that they were covered under an extended warranty saving me hundreds of dollars . As I was leaving the area soon David was able to get the car in the next day and completed the repairs. Great customer service David ! More

I took my 2001 Honda CR-V to Germain Honda to correct a leaking drive shaft oil seal. An inspection turned up a leaking engine oil pan gasket as well. Parts ordered, car back for installation. Wrong oil leaking drive shaft oil seal. An inspection turned up a leaking engine oil pan gasket as well. Parts ordered, car back for installation. Wrong oil seal ordered. Dave Doden was on top of it, got the correct part ordered for Saturday delivery. Work completed, Dave dispatched a shuttle to pick me up. Car is now "dry". There were some other issues with the car, but I deferred the work until next fall, when I return to Naples. Dave told me to call ahead and he will have the parts ordered. The tech who worked on the car did a great job. More
