This service department is an embarrassment. They lie, cheat, and steal. The service Manager is rude and reflects poorly on the rest of the dealership. They will mislead you and when you politely ask for cheat, and steal. The service Manager is rude and reflects poorly on the rest of the dealership. There will not be a next time because of your service Manager and the new Passport this spring will be purchased at coconut point due the type of people they choose to let manage their service.
