My Honda Insight told me that I had a Systems Failure and Do Not Drive. The car was so locked up that I couldn’t put it into Neutral and push it off the road. I had Car towed to Germain Honda of Naples . The first person I spoke to was David. He made us feel comfortable and reassured us that he would do his best. Well David under promised, but OVER DELIVERED. 25 hours after the mechanical fuel pump failure, he had us on our way .Thanks you David. You are the best! More

The results I got were fine, but the communication and customer service was not acceptable. I brought my car in at 10am because of a problem that was created by service at another dealer (a long story, n customer service was not acceptable. I brought my car in at 10am because of a problem that was created by service at another dealer (a long story, not needed for this review). David Schultze did the communication with my previous dealer and was generally attentive. The mechanics took a couple of hours to diagnose the problem, which they did, but then they did not have the parts needed to complete the work, so I was told it would be ready "tomorrow morning." The next day, David was not in, so I worked with Paul. Paul was not communicative. He did not return my phone calls asking when my car would be ready (I placed three over a 3 hour span). I had to ride my bike over an hour to get back to the shop and when I got there he said "we could have given you a ride" -- would have been nice to offer that earlier -- if you had picked up the phone! He said the car was ready at 1:00, but it was still not until 3:30 before I left. He did not properly wear a mask when I conversed with him, even though everyone else in the building was doing so (hint: if I can see your nose and mouth, it's not doing anything!). I found him to be off-putting and generally disagreeable. So they seem to have fixed my car just fine, but took two days of my vacation to do it, and generally didn't do well at communicating. More

I dealt with Frank Silva on my wife's CR-V and he was very professional and friendly. I did have to add some items to the service list but Frank eased me into the effects of getting them done now instead very professional and friendly. It was my first time at Germain service though we purchased the car from you after a 3 year lease ended on the east coast. My personal car is a Lexus so I appreciate service done right. Let me say I am very happy for our choice with Honda here in Naples. We moved over here a year ago and some things are difficult to get used to like service day. Thank you for your care. More
