Charles Schulze took excellent care of my car issues. My low oil light had come on a week before but couldn't get an appointment for almost 3 weeks. Because I was uncomfortable with the oil and service light on, I took a chance coming as a walk in..A busy Saturday morning and I could tell they were filled up. But when Charles came over to check out the car, he said it needed immediate attention and he would work me in..I appreciated the friendly but professional manner I was treated. Charles was honest, knowledgeable, efficient about what needed to be addressed and patiently answered all my questions. He kept me informed all along the way and did not suggest anything beyond the necessary..always giving me the reasons. I am now Happy Honda driver thanks to Charles and his team! More
