Just outside of Richmond my 535 xi started to slow down and ran 5.0 star rating 8/10/2016 I was driving from Naples to Maryland a few weeks ago. Just outside of Richmond my 535 xi started to slow down and ran rough but was I able to get it to a BMW dealer by 11:00AM. I picked up my car that night after paying over $2000 for the repair. I recently returned to Naples and sent an email to my Service guy at Germain BMW Brian Cox and explained the experience and cost. I also sent Bryan a copy of my invoice from the other BMW dealer and asked whey he wasn't able to see this coming. Bryan returned the email explaining that it was something that doesn't show up it just stops working. Bryan also sent me warranty information on the car and said to call the other dealer back and forward them warranty report and to see how they would respond......I am getting a check for the entire amount over $2000 sent back to me.. I want you make sure that the right people read this because this is going beyond just writing up a work order for your car.......Thank you Bryan. More
