Great Service @ Germain BMW It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about c It is rare that I take the time to comment on a positive experience I have had when dealing with car repairs. As a female who knows "nothing" about cars I have complete trust in Rhoel at Germain. I feel he is honest with me and never tries to sell me something I don't need. He explains in detail what the repairs are, what needs to be done immediately and what can be budgeted for a later date. I had an incident where a bucket of white paint fell off of a truck on I75 and splattered all over my black car! I drove to Germain and they had several employees " on it" immediately and got every drop of paint off. There has not ever been one visit or experience with Rhoel that I left feeling less than 100% satisfied. I have told many people that the service dept/Rhoel is enough to keep me at Germain. More

Mr. Gray has been my servoce adviser for 3 years now and has consistently pointed my in the right direction as to service for my vehicles, the latest being my outstanding 535i Whether it was explaining and helping me understanding the manual (not always correct I find out) or looking into an a/c problem, he's as level headed and as calm as you would want when your trying hard not to loose yours. :) I couldn't recommend Mr. Gray anymore. Have a vehicle problem? See Rhoel. Don't understand a feature of your car or a passage in the owners manual? See Rhoel. His patience just never flags despite my rookie quesitions. . More

always more than expected!! Germain BMW took care of my needs even it's over my maintenance program. They told me Victor was not working any more, but Brian was as good as him. The GREATEST Service people there are! I traded in my Porsche Turbo Cabriolet for BMW M6 Cabriolet because of the great service my wife has always obtained on her BMW X5. This service was b I traded in my Porsche Turbo Cabriolet for BMW M6 Cabriolet because of the great service my wife has always obtained on her BMW X5. This service was because her X5 needed some brake fluid. Not only did they promptly change the brake fluid, they also changed a filter (I think the air filter) because its better to make sure the car is in tip top condition. The service people are the most competent available in the industry - - and the most friendly! More

Lost accessories sale I Stopped by Germain BMW today to possibly buy all season floor mats, and a cargo liner for my 740i. The girl working at the boutique was quite pleas I Stopped by Germain BMW today to possibly buy all season floor mats, and a cargo liner for my 740i. The girl working at the boutique was quite pleasant, however she was having a difficult time navigating her computer to find the part numbers. She asked me to please have a seat while she went out back to get help from someone. Twenty five minutes later she returned without help, did not even acknowledge my presence, or even let me know that someone will be out soon to assist me. She was more interested in her phone and socializing with others. Ten more minutes creep by and still no communication from anybody. She was more than eager to grab her personal things and put out the "ring bell for service" sign as she walked away; must have been lunch time. I very seldom write reviews however I couldn't resist this opportunity as there is Dealer Rater signs and banners everywhere throughout the dealership. The customer service was not top notch, just mediocre. The lack of communication and following through with customers was very unprofessional. This experience made me watch the time that I needed to meet with my clients and not sit and wait in a dealership. I must say that I was very comfortable sitting in that massage chair, buying my accessories online with the free Wi-Fi. Thanks to those two luxury's, I was able to get free next day shipping on my order through an online store. -Christina D More
