Hi Flavio, thank you for you for replying. I did try to reach out to Tracy a few times. I called the number that you provided, was put on hold for a while and then was hung up on. It felt like a struggle to be able to chat about this previous experience. Not only that, I left a voicemail with John Cathey thinking he might have been easier to get in touch with. No luck with him either. I'm thinking that everyone in that dealership is more concerned about what is going on after work than focusing on customer service and making the right decisions for the business operations.

It truly saddens us that you are disappointed with our dealership and our car wash policy. This policy was implemented in an effort to provide quality service to our guest. Due to the number of sales and service vehicles and the limited number of operational hours, we felt in the interest of our guest the following guidelines allowed us the best possible solution to provide quality service. All our sold customers receive a coupon book which provides them 2 free car washes a month. This car wash includes hand wash, vacuuming, and windows. They also receive coupons for 2 washes at a discounted rate of $15.00 each. All service vehicles receive the same service at each visit weather permitting. Unfortunately cars not purchased from our dealership or not being serviced no longer have access to the car wash. However, as a goodwill gesture we would like to extend this offer to you, car washes at the discount rate of $15.00. Best Regards, Flavio Galasso General Manager

As I stated in my previews post, that is an arbitrary decision. I bought my vehicle from a BMW dealership, on the east coast. There are numerous BMW dealerships on the east coast, and I have always brought my car to any of them for car, with no problem at all. I expected to receive the same level of service, if not better, seeing the level and type of customers in the area. Your gesture is not of goodwill, but of trying to make a squeaky wheel go away, when in fact the heart of the problem is that the logic behind your policy makes no sense. I had no control over which location I bought my car from, and it seems absurd to punish a BMW customer for not buying a GERMAIN BWM. I could understand you not extending this service to BWM owners who bought their car at a non-BMW dealership, but to discriminate between one BMW dealership and another sounds like terrible business practices for BWM America. I am assuming that the ultimate BMW experience ends at Germaine BMW. Thank you for your offer, but at this point I will politely decline any offers coming from your dealership. The logic behind this policy only succeeds in alienating BMW customers.
