Great Service Advisor Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and Jeremy Bongle was extremely professional and courteous. He told us when our service would be completed and when we returned he had our bill ready and our car pulled up. It was a routine oil change but also a recall that took several hours. The dealership provided us with a loaner car so that we could run some important errands while our car was being repaired. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

The fortunate thing for me was I was introduced to servi Since coming down to Florida I have had two occasions to have service done on our two BMWs. The fortunate thing for me was I was introduced to service advisor Adrian Pena. I told him my immediate need was a new battery since my existing battery was dying. He not only said that he would do that but the other items that I wanted which basically was a full-service he also agreed to do. I didn’t have to come back a second time. The very next day I was called that the work was completed. Just this week my wife’s BMW indicated a low battery and I again called Adrian Pana who told me to come down right away which I did and he can replace the battery and did a full service on the car including detailing. Again I received a call at the end of the next day that the work was completed. In both cases, Adrian sat down with me and explain to me what all was done and when I should call again for service. I didn’t buy my cars in Florida but when I go to buy a new car I am going to go to Germain. More
