For the last few years he has always been super honest and helpful with my servicing needs. Just recently he helped me resolve what I thought was going to be a major problem and in the end was a simple plastic shopping bad that had burnt to my exhaust. Any other dealership / mechanic would have charged me excessively for this, but Christian and the service tech fixed this at no charge and at the same time performed a warranty repair on my valve cover gasket! I could not have been any happier. I recommend you take your vehicle to BMW Germain for servicing as in the long run it is better quality repair and will cost you less. Thank you again Christian!
