I has purchased an X3 three days prior and a warning light indicating my tire pressure This was my first experience with Germain’s Service Department. I has purchased an X3 three days prior and a warning light indicating my tire pressure was low came on, on my way home from the dealership. I called my salesperson, Alex Soare, who advised me to monitor the pressure (it was very cold that evening) and to come in for service if the pressure fell below a certain level. The pressure continued to drop over the next day, hence my trip to Germain. George Donovan couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He immediately determined the tire had a nail and made arrangements for a loaner car as he had to order a new tire. It was replaced without question. This is my third purchase of a BMW, but my first purchase from Germain. They have definitely earned my future business. More
