Excellent service. Jeremy Bongle excellent advisor.However Germain, as a dealer, lacked knowledge among salesforce about hybrids and electric vehicles, as well as havin Jeremy Bongle excellent advisor.However Germain, as a dealer, lacked knowledge among salesforce about hybrids and electric vehicles, as well as having no vehicles to test drive or look at. That was 19 months when I bought my X-5 Hybrid at Ft Myers BMW. I will check next time to see if that has changed. More

I called BMW at the very last minute to see if they could fit my wife's car in on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician said he could do so if I had the car there at 0730. Upon arrival Jeremy Bongle too fit my wife's car in on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician said he could do so if I had the car there at 0730. Upon arrival Jeremy Bongle took charge and immediately took my car to the service department. He asked if I wanted to wait or be taken home , I asked could he have it back to me in 90 minutes and he said yes , so I waited and after 70 minutes Jeremy had my car sitting outside!! Thanks again Jeremy More
