We had an appt and dropped it off, it went very smoothly from start to finish. We walked in and was referred to an advisor, Tona Zarelli who kept us abreast of what steps my car was going through. Then I’d get a text saying car is near completion, car is done and washed! And yes, they do vacuum the inside, yay!!!! Thanks for making it enjoyable and a pleasant experience.
