If all BMW service centers were this bad BMW would go out of business. These are the most obnoxious and non-customer friendly people my wife and I have ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and go e of business. These are the most obnoxious and non-customer friendly people my wife and I have ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and go elswhere unless poor treatment and getting your car back in worse shape than you brought it in sound appealing.<br>We never went back, and after switching dealers we realized just how bad they really are and at lease end we turned in the car to another dealer as well.<br>My statement here is actually toned down as my disgust with them would require harsher language to portray properly.
