My Service Advisor Rhoel Gray did an excellent job of providing me with service. I had booked an appointment for a clunking noise. I did not request a service loaner car. I had owned many Mercedes and Porsche over the years, this service dept not only checked everything, fluids etc and car and gave me a detailed report. What really struck me was that the tech gave me a detailed video of my car and the issue. That was a first loved it. More

There can’t be a service manager any nicer, and more interested and involved with your car in the service dept He walks so fast he’s hard to keep up with, I am nobody special but he always helps me interested and involved with your car in the service dept He walks so fast he’s hard to keep up with, I am nobody special but he always helps me out when I come in and gets all the answers to the issue to explain to me.
