Consequently, we arrived at Germain knowing the brand we wanted - just not sure of which model. My son, Paul, and I had previously used Jim McGinn at this BMW so we headed straight to his office again. As before, Jim's office was clean and uncluttered and his warm and pleasant demeanor makes one comfortable immediately. He is a bright, confident young man and knows BMW inside and out. Every question we had, Jim answered quickly - always with related paper or picture info as substantiation. On several occasions when we asked Jim for his personal opinion in regard to the BMW we were considering, we felt he spoke truthfully and without bias, and we respected his opinion. Never once did we feel pressured to make up our minds or to hurry along to make time for the next customer. We drove away in our new car that same evening and have enjoyed it ever since. The experience was very satisfying and we have called on him to help us look for another BMW, '08 Series 535. We are hoping to get lucky again. Jim is a very nice person and good salesman. He is anxious to help answer questions and knows how to get things done. It truly was/is comforting to be able to talk honestly with a knowledgeable person when making an expensive purchase. Jim is unique in that he listens to what you say and want. He keeps track of his progress with your request and then gets back to you when he has an idea or information. Sure it's his job but he always has a smile and appropriately handles his customers.
