That an Audi after 8–9 years is “an old car” and should be replaced—conveniently offering us just $4,000 for a $50,000 car (all because of the issue they failed to fix). * Customer service? Far from even a fair one. We’re escalated this to Audi Corporate, they said they can't do anything... This will be our last Audi vehicle, and we wouldn’t wish our experience on anyone. (And if Audi Ann Arbor try to respond here with excuses/lies, I’ll be more than happy to list every single detail) More
