Looking for a late model used car, we felt very fortunate that "our" car was already on the lot with all of the features we dreamed about and at a very competitive price. Rob met us in the lot, answered our many questions, and explained the features of the Audi A6 as we test drove it over a well-thought out route that highlighted the car's capabilities both around town and on the highway. I was impressed that VW/Audi had better financing than my financial organization and how easy and quick it was to complete the purchase (thanks, Bill!). I left comfortable with our purchase because of the Audi Certified Pre-owned 300-point inspection which provided the basis for continuation of the Manufacturer's warranty (nearly 5 years and 100K miles)...good as new! Additionally, Rob provided us with the CARFAX history, so we didn't have to do it on our own. The day following our purchase, Rob spent even more time with us making sure we were comfortable with everything available on the many "Infotainment"/technology" systems and offered his services for as many follow-up training sessions as we needed. We LOVE our car and appreciated the "first-class" no-pressure treatment we were given. We highly recommend that Gerald Jones Audi be a stop for anyone in the market for a car...as it will likely be their last shopping stop (as it happily was with us). More

Over the years I have worked with many sales representatives around the country and found Sonny Tucker to be the easiest, most professional sales professional whom I have purchased a vehicle. I admit that I am not the easiest person to please and Sonny went out of his way to be patient, and make sure he put me in the right vehicle and at a fair price. I never felt pressured and the entire sales and purchase process went smoothly and quickly. I also was impressed by the Finance manager, Bill Newson who explained in detail the finance process.
