Rob Iberra took extra time shooting a personal video tour of the vehicle and sending to me and my family to review. He helped coordinate all the logistics of the purchase. This morning I drove to Augusta from Atlanta where Rob had prepped and readied the vehicle for a quick inspection which went great. Did some paperwork, and I was off on my trip home in our new Highlander (and a recommendation for a great burger on my way home too!). Super responsive and friendly. I only wish Rob was closer.
