Brought my 2014 Explorer in for recall service the night before my 8:30am appt. Later that same day I got a call from Oscar (service advisor?) Told me they found 2 leaks and mentioned the water pump. Same g before my 8:30am appt. Later that same day I got a call from Oscar (service advisor?) Told me they found 2 leaks and mentioned the water pump. Same guy that tried to sell me on fixing a window issue that I don't have as I dropped it off. Anyway, I told him to continue with the recall service. He tried to sell me on fixing the leaks saying he could save me money because they already had a cover removed? I refused and said call me when the recall work is done. I picked it up at about 4pm the next day. I drove it straight over to my independant vehicle tech. I've be working with this business for almost 25 years. Needless to say... NO LEAKS FOUND. Internally or externally. This service dept. is a scam.... RUN AWAY. Mike More

I had an amazing experience with the Gerald Ford Body Shop! George took great care of the hood of my car. George and the service technician, Tom (I believe was his name) were able to fix the hood of my Shop! George took great care of the hood of my car. George and the service technician, Tom (I believe was his name) were able to fix the hood of my car and the hinge problem; they did it quickly and with expertise. Also, George touched up the paint on the problem area as well! I bought my first car a few months ago and was nervous about taking it into the body shop. These two made my first experience GREAT. Hopefully won’t need to see them again, but, if I have to I’ll be coming to this body shop at Gerald Ford! Thank you for all the help! More
