I do stand by my foregoing words; however, since that time the Gerald Ford General Manager Tom K. called me to discuss critical of the Service Dept. Highly recommend Gerald Ford service, especially Vito and his team! I brought them my 1 month old F150 that I purchased new from another dealer. That dealer incorrectly installed a ford accessory and wouldn’ his team! I brought them my 1 month old F150 that I purchased new from another dealer. That dealer incorrectly installed a ford accessory and wouldn’t return my phone calls leaving me with a new truck with 300 miles and error codes popping up on the dash. I gave them 3 chances to call me back and they never did. Needing to get my truck fixed I took to Gerald Ford which is much closer to my house than the dealer I purchased from. Vito worked with me to get my truck fixed without having to pay what they truly deserved. They’ve earned a new customer out of this experience and I can’t wait to come back for all my maintenance and Ford needs over the other guys! Thank you so much Vito and team!!! More
