Made an appt on 9/11 to get a defective part replaced for a recall by Ford. When I brought my car in on 9/15 the service guy told be they didn’t have the replacement part for the recall and that the part was a recall by Ford. When I brought my car in on 9/15 the service guy told be they didn’t have the replacement part for the recall and that the part was on a nationwide back order. Why would you make an appointment for a recall if you didn’t have the part? More
