Took my 2014 Lincoln MXZ hybrid for oil change and told them about noise coming from engine. They advised me to take it to a auto transmission shop because they did not have anyone at the dealer ship th them about noise coming from engine. They told us about a dearship 60 miles away but can not get appointment for them to look at until 04/30/21 and they would probably have to keep it several days. Problem is we are going out of town week of 05/02/21 and are afraid to drive vehicle that for. We have always been very happy with Ballentine Ford Lincoln but they should be able to service anything that they sell. More
