REAL customer service is what you get at this dealership! From purchasing a new automobile, going thru a trade in and lastly finalizing the paperwork. Have been back for two routine services, drove an hour there and back ( uphill and snow both ways)!! The service department is professional and makes sure you're pleased before leaving. Went to Ballentine for an oil change at their Quick Lane and had them do the Works service. Car was taken in quickly and we were advised of progress and results of the inspection and we were out of there in and had them do the Works service.
