My wife and I went into Gengras Volvo expecting to buy a very good used car/demo because that is what we thought we could afford. From the receptionist, to the Used Car Mngr. (sorry I forget their names) to Brian, the finance manager it has been a very stress free experience. When people make you feel important because they care about your business it makes the buying process that much easier. In signing the paperwork it was easier than I expected and we especially liked the way the car was presented at the time of signing. The car being covered and then unveiled made us feel so very special. I had some follow-up questions for Jeff the next day and he was still attentive to my needs and not forgetting me after the purchase of the vehicle. If your dealership continues to approach the business in the manner my wife and I were treated then success will continue to follow. I first met the owner and he then introduced me to David. David was extremely professional ,courteous, knowledgable and friendly. Everything I was looking for. I have visited this dealership several times looking for a vehicle, but was not ready to buy. I am glad that I came back. It was a great experience in every way. I went back today because I was missing a floor mat on the front passenger side. I asked Dave if I could have one. He gave me one with no questions asked and answered a few more questions that I had about my newly purchased vehicle. Great Job!! More
