When looking for a replacement vehicle, I considered other makes/brands, but just kept coming back to Volvo for safety and quality. Gengras showed me a new model with all the bells and whistles, but when it came down to it we discovered I was more financially comfortable with a pre-owned. The way I was treated never changed. I received the same courtesy and attention as when we were discussing a new car, and Sal and Allen really went out of their way to make certain we located a pre-owned vehicle with many of the same features I'd fallen in love with on the new model. I found the vehicle online and arranged to purchase the vehicle over the phone with Sal. Always friendly and professional I was confident I had made the right decision. I had nearly abandoned searching for cars connected to dealerships in an attempt to avoid the pushy annoying sales tactics. It was all going smooth until my two hour bus ride turned into a five hour nightmare. Sal scooped me up from the depot with a smile and while it was late everyone involved made me sure I had made the right decision. My wife and I went into Gengras Volvo expecting to buy a very good used car/demo because that is what we thought we could afford. From the receptionist, to the Used Car Mngr. (sorry I forget their names) to Brian, the finance manager it has been a very stress free experience. When people make you feel important because they care about your business it makes the buying process that much easier. In signing the paperwork it was easier than I expected and we especially liked the way the car was presented at the time of signing. The car being covered and then unveiled made us feel so very special. I had some follow-up questions for Jeff the next day and he was still attentive to my needs and not forgetting me after the purchase of the vehicle. If your dealership continues to approach the business in the manner my wife and I were treated then success will continue to follow.
