I had been looking for about 8 months at different brands and different dealerships. Gengras Volvo by far had the most customer-oriented sales staff, good prices, and integrity. They did what they said they would. Professional all the way! Jen Robey and sales managers Allen Fiergola and Rick Miller were honest, professional, and committed to a great buying experience for me. Jen was friendly, knowledge, and accommodating without pressure. She knows her stuff and made sure that I was happy with the like new 2011 XC 70 T6 wagon I purchased. It hadn't been through service yet, but Allen made sure that anything that needed to be done was done before I picked it up. Everything that needed replacement was replaced and they gave me a loaner while I waited. They even "made it right" with a cosmetic issue with one of the doors. Justin in the finance department was super helpful--got me the best rate and made the paperwork process seamless. My car buying experience couldn't have been better and I couldn't be happier with my new car. Thanks Jen and team!! You made all the difference. You can count on me as a customer for life! More

The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and all documentation and history of the vehicle was available. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and although it was a pre-owned car he treated us no different than were we new car buyers. We had a chance to thoroughly look at the vehicle both interior, exterior, and mechanically (looking up from under a lift). When making the decision using the documentation, physical inspection, and test drive of the vehicle it was a clear choice. Overall, it was a very pleasant and efficient process to purchase this pre-owned vehicle at Gengras Volvo. More
