I had purchased my first and last Volvo (ever), and when I traded it back in and then told them I had no intention of buying another vehicle, the manager, Eric, was extremely insulting. The sales person never inquired as to my next car intentions before negotiating the trade value and then Eric had the nerve to say I was "deceptive". Customers shouldn't need to be subjected to that treatment EVER. I would never get another car from any of the Gengras dealerships and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. I bought a Lincoln MKS 2009 from this dealer. I realised within the first months that something wrong with the car. It was an unbearable smell when I turned on the seat heating and the car was slow.
