The sales executive, Lance Jewell, was extremely knowedgeable and thorough in his overview of the vehicle (XC90), Volvo's reputation and their support of the product. He was very straightforward and honest in his responses to my questions which was fairly different from our prior experiences buying cars. Bottom line is that we trusted him. The experience continued to be positive as we worked with Bob Doyle to establish the price on our new XC90 as well as the trade in on our existing XC90. The prices agreed upon were extremely reasonable/fair and the process was comfortable vs adversarial. This was the best car buying experience we have had. More
