By far Gengras Volvo is the best when it comes to customer service! I bought a 2013 Volvo XC90 about a week ago and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. He was so professional and went above and beyond to walk me through the entire car buying process. Lance took the time to explain every detail of the car and even refilled my water bottle before I drove off in my new car! I was so impressed with Lance. Every staff person in the building made me feel welcome and congratulated me on my new car. Lance walked me down to service and introduced me to the service manager. Every detail was covered and Lance made me feel so welcome and important. Thank you so much and because of the outstanding service, Gengras has gained a client for life!!! Also to Brian Webster in Finance, thank you for a great experience as well. I will be sure to let everyone know that the only place to buy a vehicle is at Gengras!! Sincerely, Kim Young More
Did not receive a full tank of gas with purchase and then forced to return with the car from over an hour away because a promised repair was not make prior to delivery. My wife and I decided to contact Gengras regarding a used Volvo we found online. My first call was routed to Jeff Swierbutowicz, who was very friendly and helped to schedule a time when we could see the car. Volvo we found online. Once we were there, Jeff was incredibly nice and very low-key; we didn't feel pressured into buying at all. I felt that he answered my questions candidly and without any of the sorts of salesman tactics we all hope to avoid. We had some questions about our current lease, and Jeff introduced us to Eric Sandstrom, who was also really nice and straightforward. We decided to purchase the Volvo and both Jeff and Eric were extraordinarily helpful throughout the process, even when unexpected complications arose. We never felt like we were being manipulated or mistreated in any way, and discussions regarding actual numbers were quite fair and reasonable. When it came time to close the deal we worked with Brian Webster, who was cheery, personable and also refreshingly unlike a shark. Overall we had a simple, honest, and especially pleasant experience at Gengras. Jeff Swierbutowicz stood out for his outstanding customer service skills, service-oriented attitude, and confidently relaxed demeanor. We wish him the best of luck and hope he continues to excel as a truly exceptional salesman. More

I own a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. It has served my father, who passed away, and now me, very well. But as an eight year old vehicle, things have started to happen. I have needed the air conditioning fixed, brake work, a rear suspension problem, and the headlight control module. Each time I come, I have been promptly served, have been given a good loaner car, and have had the work done in good time and at the price estimated upon delivery. So I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. More
