Arrived at noontime and Xylina was more than ready to take care of business! Liza had set up loaner as repair was about 2hrs.Xylina called me about 90 min later as car was ready! Exemplary Service! Xylina Soto went above and beyond for my recall service date. First of all, I arrived on the wrong date and yet I was accommodated to get the recall Xylina Soto went above and beyond for my recall service date. First of all, I arrived on the wrong date and yet I was accommodated to get the recall taken care of yesterday instead of next Monday. There was hand sanitizer at her station. People practiced social distancing when checking in. She also asked if there were any other issues in addition to the recall. I had three minor issues that were addressed by Service and one which was actually taken care of by her. Xylina went to my car with me and showed me the solution. In addition she accompanied me to a beautiful loaner vehicle...a Forester much like my own, but with some features my 2018 Forester did not have. She explained to me what I needed to know......even adjusted the seat and steering wheel after I was seated!! The steering wheel even had a protective plastic cover! I was called by her when my car was ready to be picked up and she escorted me to my car in the lot. And this was all done with a smile and genuine concern for her customer!! Thank you, Xylina!! More

I received a call from Liza and she made appointment for me. Quick and with no problems. She also updated the items that would be fixed. When I arrived, John Cersoli was there to help speed the process up and get the job done. The service as supposed to two hours but only took 1hr and 10 min. Wonderful Service as Always. Thanks R.B. I had 4 recalls and was due for an oil change. I had a 10:00 appt. Drove right into the bay, went inside and was greeted by Ralph M. Very courteous, took all my info promptly and I was out the door in a 10:00 appt. Drove right into the bay, went inside and was greeted by Ralph M. Very courteous, took all my info promptly and I was out the door in a rental. Ralph showed the basics of the rental answered the questions I had and off I went. All work done and I picked up by 3:30ish. Ralph went over paper work , explaining what had been done, very knowledgeable. I only dealt with Liza over the phone, but she was always kind and helpful in setting up and cancelling appointments. Both Ralph and Liza very professional. It’s refreshing to see people who take pride in what they do and seem happy doing it. More
