Amy helped me before I even got to the dealership and Lou solidified the deal and took care of me until I picked up the car. Lou was very good about returning calls and answering questions, I am a very particular person and Lou was very understanding and able to get all of my questions answered. When the car made it to the lot at the dealership Lou sent me many pictures of the car with and without the protective plastic. On delivery day Lou was meticulous when it came to the condition of the car, he made sure it was as perfect as can be. It was a great experience and I am absolutely happy with how it all worked out! I placed my order for a Forester 2016 it arrived November 30, 2015 picked it up on December 1, 2016 and drove it home without a problem.
