We were fortunate that salesman Robert Blue approached us first, as he related very well to my father and to me. He came across as very friendly, if not a little "fast" at first. He later explained that we were both there for the same reason. We came in "to buy a car," and he was there to "sell us that car." Robert was positive, honest (telling us that my high-mileage outback was not worth much on the trade-in because of the high mileage!), and he even shared with us a lot about his own family and philosophy (as a church bishop). He allowed us private time to discuss, and checked back in on us at appropriate time intervals. We were both happy to shake hands with him at the end of the sale, and I'm sure we will stop in to say "hi" the next time we're in for service! Thanks, Robert! More
