Dear Mr. Brooks: I talked to a person from Crowley after the second repair and let her know what had happened. Since I wrote the review, I ended up having the same problem fixed at another facility. I did call Crowley to verify the work that had been done and the person was so rude. I would never call Crowley for anything, not even an oil change. Good luck. Sincerely, Alicia Brault 860-673-2944
