He saw the process through completely and followed up with me after the sale to make sure the car was working for me. Jeff Tufano in the finance department was friendly and also attentive to detail. Crowley was not the first dealership I walked into but it was the last, Dan made the whole process from start to finish easy and enjoyable. I went to several dealers in the few days while I was deciding what to do. I didn't know if I was going to buy now, and if I did, would it be new or used. He took the time to help me get an idea of what my payments might be and other things in general if I decided to buy. When I made the decision to buy, I went right to Steve and Crowley. Purchased a Lincoln MKX new from this dealer. I have had all of my service done only at this dealership. Many times I have had a problem but chose to overlook it. I finally have reached my limit. I was told an oil change wait would be less than 30 min. It took 2 hours. Every three thousand miles my wait for service has been an issue. My visit previous to this was for 30,000 mile maintenance. I made an appointment, only to arrive with my young son to be told I needed to leave the car all day with no way to return home. These are just two examples. On a positive note, each time I have brought the car in the correct service has been provided, but the wait has always been longer than promised and what service needed to be done had not always been communicated clearly. After this recent 2 hr oil change, i will be looking to bring the car elsewhere to be serviced. More
My husband and I recently leased a Ford Escape from Crowley Ford. From the time we walked in and met Tony we felt comfortable. Tony spent time with us reviewing pricing for both leases and purchase, a Crowley Ford. From the time we walked in and met Tony we felt comfortable. Tony spent time with us reviewing pricing for both leases and purchase, as well as finding us the perfect vehicle. At no time did we feel uncomfortable or pressured, and Tony was very patient in answering our questions, and showing us different options. When we picked up our vehicle, Tony spent time going over the car's features, as well as answering questions and scheduling our first oil change appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend them they were very patient as we decided never pressuring us. After the sale Tony spent a great deal of time going over our vehicles with us even subsequent days after answering our questions syncing new phones etc.The whole dealership was very helpful from the managers to the service. They even let me look at my truck that came in inside out of the rain. Its the extra mile along with price that matters. More

I was not happy with this dealership, I fled Gengras Lincoln to see if the grass was greener and I was horribly wrong. The service manager Helder, wasn't very knowledgeable about my car seemed more interested in selling me services that were recently done at a mucher higher price. During my wait I sat in their waiting area where I was told I had access to WiFi to finish some office work. Was unable to use the WiFi due to a website block that blocked what seemed to be every website under the sun. The building wasn't very clean, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the girl answering the phones was not very friendly. I packed up my suitcase and took my tablet to a McDonalds across the street and used their Free WiFi. Shortly after a phone call from Helder I returned to pick up my Lincoln, but not before they couldn't find my keys. While the search for my missing keys was in effect I had a chance to talk to a man claiming to be the General Manager, he was as unknowledgeable as my service advisor, yet he made me feel more uncomfortable then I already was. I have to question weather or not he was who he said he was because he may be certifiably insane. He rambled on about the building and the auto group it belongs for a few minutes and then disappeared after I was finale delivered my keys. So very displeased after my first visit I will continue to service my Lincolns at Gengras. More
Everyone at Crowley Ford in Plainville has been professional, helpful and courteous. We have purchased vehicles and had service provided there as well and have not had a bad experience to date. Unfortunately I do not recall the names of everyone I have dealt with, but will try to make note next visit. The staff has been professional and friendly, as well as concerned with our needs. The service department is very capable and provide services in a timely manner. We are planning on purchasing another vehicle within the next year, and do check online from time to time. The prices seem in keeping with the current market, not overpriced. When we are prepared to make the purchase it will be from Crowley Auto, as I feel their customer service is at minimum above average and they stand behind their vehicles. More
