Purchased a Jeep Wrangler in 2011 from Scott. Purchase experience was pretty good. After purchasing vehicle I found out they had never connected the lighting hook-up for the trailer hitch they installed experience was pretty good. After purchasing vehicle I found out they had never connected the lighting hook-up for the trailer hitch they installed on the Jeep. How I found this out was by being pulled over by a NY State Trooper in a rain storm. Although I loved the Jeep I did in the end trade it in to get something that could tow more. Since the vehicle had low miles I was eligible to get a prorated refund on my extended warranty this dealership had sold me. I went back to the dealership and Chuck, the finance representative, said he could certainly process this for me and instructed me to send him the appropriate paperwork which I did on January 24th. I reached out to Mopar in mid-February to inquire the status of my refund and they informed me that the paperwork had not been submitted. I called Chuck and he informed me that he was busy delivering a lot of cars and therefore had not been able to process the paperwork. He promised me he would do so right away. Called Mopar March 25th and they still had no paperwork. They told me how I could process this myself and the turnaround would be timely on their end. Called dealership and spoke to Manager named Rick. He wasn't apologetic in any way whatsoever. Glad I decided to forgo a Dodge Truck and stay away from Chrysler dealers. If you're planning on buying 1 vehicle and not needing any support or service after your purchase this place should fit the bill. Otherwise I recommend avoiding them like the plague. More
