I have been a Mercedes Benz customer for 10 years and I can honestly say I never received such amazing customer service with them as I did with Scott & the Scap Dealer crew. Scott was not only helpful beyond belief, but he was also extremely patient. It makes a world of a difference when you are treated like the most valuable customer and your sales rep actually cares about making you happy, rather than just trying to get your money and rushing you out the door. From the moment we walked in until the time I drove my new car home, Scott was nothing but helpful and full of information. He took the time to meet with my husband and me over the weekend to discuss all of our options and make sure that we made the best choice for us. Once we decided on my car, he not only went out of his way to pick me up from the train station so that I could drive it home, but he went over every detail of the car with me, part by part, so that I was 100% confident with everything before I drove away.
