I've been dealing with them since I leased my 2024 GV80 in June 2024. My vehicle has had numerous issues with alignments, which turned out that the steering wheel was installed off center. My instrument screen has blacked out and been replaced twice. I had to contact BBB to file a claim because the vehicle is registered in WV but bought in MD and the lemon law won't apply. IT'S A LEASE! It has been in the shop for about 2.5 months all together over the two years. I've had numerous filthy loaners, new cars by the way, but the dealer won't clean them before handing them to customers. I've been trying to work out a Good Will exchance with the GM but he's giving me the run around too. Genesis of Rockville and Genesis corporate are making it hard for me to be a return customer and I actually like my GV80. The sale process was great, but everything after is questionable for a luxury vehicle and customer treatment. More

But when we met, they said it just went on loaner list. Ext and Int, was what I was looking for. Price was also high at roughly 60k. The online build priced at 51k. I was also told that if I oedered it might not be delivered till max Sept/oct. My response was that would be pushing to 2024. Might as well wait for 2024 unless some great deal on G80 now. Looking for the blue or black w the dark tan interior. More
