Since I live 200 miles from the nearest Genesis dealer I was concerned about dealing with warranty and recall issues that involve a long drive and overnight stays. Just had our Genesis picked up for a recall service. The shop and service was exceptional. They only had the car for about 3 hours. When it was delivered it had been washed, looking great. Nice job. My recent service experience at Genesis of Portland was excellent in the following ways: 1) Michael was courteous and efficient: 2)the service technician did everything he was supposed to do carefully and excellent in the following ways: 1) Michael was courteous and efficient: 2)the service technician did everything he was supposed to do carefully and well. I do have a big gripe. After 25 years with Lexus, the service center atmosphere from garage to waiting area to snacks is a distinct comedown and quite disappointing. More

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and was disappointed my salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the car I expressed interest in. Although Mike M. was quite friendly and easy to work with, he lacked some basic information about key features of the vehicle that I ended up having to Google to obtain. I realize he hasn't worked there long, but he should have been better trained. More
