We showed up at 5PM to buy our car. Our experience with our salesman was less than it should have been when purchasing this level of vehicle. He seemed new and unsure about some of the things he told us, ranging from the functionality of the vehicle to the Genesis App. We had to figure some things on our own. I have had better experiences buying vehicles of less value. We had already made our minds up to purchase a vehicle that day. If not, we would have gone to a different Genesis dealer. Vehicle delivery was uneventful. It looked like it was washed with a dirty rag with dirty water. There were scuff marks where they tried to take off residue. Overall, not the caliber of service I would expect from an automobile of this caliber. More
