Terry Lee Genesis is an outstanding car dealership! My first phone call was returned in 30 minutes by Terry Lee himself. After a great conversation with Mr. Lee, I talked to Troy Owen, the general manager of the dealership and we set up an appointment for the next day to look at the G80 sedan and also the GV80 SUV. When I arrived the next day, I met first with Terry Lee, met Troy Owen and they both showed me around the dealership. The dealership is very impressive-modern, well laid out and very clean. I test drove the 2022 G80 as well as the GV80 with Maxwell Morrison, one of the salespeople for the dealership. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of both vehicles. We went for a test drive in the G80 first. The G80 is, in my opinion, the best car in it’s class. There is nothing that I didn’t like about the car. I felt the same way about the GV80 SUV. The next day I drove away with the G80. Everyone I met was very professional, knowledgeable, and very genial. I would highly recommend Terry Lee Genesis to anyone! 5 Stars! More

I recently visited Genesis of Noblesville in search of potentially trading in my newer Audi SUV. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and luxury that the Genesis brand offers as well as the custom potentially trading in my newer Audi SUV. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and luxury that the Genesis brand offers as well as the customer service I received while at the dealership. The Quality of Genesis I loved the Audi brand, but I had several issues with the car (certified-preowned) in the 18 months that I owned the vehicle. So, after adding up the cost of my monthly payment, extended warranty and premium gas...it made me start to wonder if there was a better option. I looked at the Genesis G70 and instantly realized it had MORE features and the same or better quality for a much lower price point. I didn't feel like I was giving up any luxuries that the Audi gave me. The other thing I noticed was after buying the Audi, I realized everyone had one. It was like the Honda Accord of Carmel. I rarely see other Genesis vehicles on the road. Customer Service at Genesis of Noblesville I dread car shopping because I really don't like the negotiation process. But Max made it so easy. Unlike the Audi dealership where I was fighting tooth and nail for trade-in value and pricing, here I spent about 15 minutes discussing a price and they made it work for me. Max in particular was very easy to work with. The management team was also easily accessible to get the deal closed quickly and to ensure I was having a good experience. I left feeling like I got a great car for a good price. So in summary...if you are looking for a luxury brand, consider Genesis. If you want a Genesis, go to Max at Terry Lee Genesis of Noblesville.
