What Others Say

We worked with Laura who was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I purchased a 2025 Genesis which I really like. The issue I had was when I pick up the car, Laura was on vacation and I was to deal with Jonathan. I called the dealership prior to arrival and when I arrived the car was not ready .I was told they thought I was coming a different day, I did call a head and I was told they would inform Jonathan There it was still sitting in the showroom, not cleaned, missing luggage racks and needed gas tank topped off as agreed. I had to sit and wait for him to complete items and my brand new car still wasn’t washed. Manager was aware.

I was looking for a new vehicle and had decided to make an hour and half drive to this dealership afer talking with Isaac over the phone and via text. He was very knowledgeable and never pushy. He was easy to communicate with and was very transparent about the pricing. He was training Drew who seemed like he would be a good asset. Everyone else I talked with was very personable and professional. I believe, John and Chandler. The finance desk was open to the showroom and and the gentleman there were easy going and never snoody, as I have seen at other dealerships. Overall, a good experience. No pressure. No stress.

I was interested in a 2022 Genesis GV80 and contacted the dealership as a serious, pre-approved buyer. I worked with Issac, who initially offered to send a video of the vehicle — but never followed through. When I followed up and asked a fair question about pricing, especially considering the vehicle had a reported minor accident on the Carfax, I received a short and dismissive “No” reply followed by a message that felt unnecessarily defensive. As someone ready to purchase a vehicle and asking reasonable questions, I expected a more respectful and professional tone — especially from a dealership representing a luxury brand like Genesis. Communication and transparency are critical in building trust with potential buyers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Small interactions make a big difference in the car-buying experience, and I ultimately decided to continue my search elsewhere with dealerships who are more customer-focused and responsive.

Laura was pleasant and easy to work with. The experience was stress free without any hard sell or immediacy pressure. The same was true when meeting with finance person to make payment on the vehicle.
