Worst service experience I have ever had in my life. Took my 2018 Genesis G90 in for an issue and they gave me a repair quote that was ABOVE MSRP by at least 25%. This caused a delay in my warranty comp Took my 2018 Genesis G90 in for an issue and they gave me a repair quote that was ABOVE MSRP by at least 25%. This caused a delay in my warranty company's approval due to what costs their records reflected should be paid for the work. Miraculously(??), the dealership accepted MSRP for the repair. I questioned the service advisor about the quote above MSRP and he said it was company policy!!. While my car was there, I called the service manager twice, to discuss, and he never returned my call. When I picked up the car and spoke to the service manager he tried to pivot and said "your car is fixed and its all good"...LOL..What a bait and switch scenario!!. I told him directly, this ruins the dealerships credibility. I spoke to Hyundai USA and told them the situation and they told me I could go to another dealership, in town, should I need adjustments for this repair. I patronized this dealership for nearly a decade when it was Terry Lee Hyundai and I owned the Hyundai Equus. I will never step foot in here for sales or service. Frankly ,if my car broke down in front of this dealer I would have it towed to the other dealer for service. More
