We can’t say enough about Steve Kalinowski and his team at Genesis of Naples. They have been honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. But - he always finds out the correct answer and follows up with us. That builds trust which is so important in any transaction. Our initial experience with another salesperson got off to a very bad start. Steve (and Greg Abrams (sp?) really helped to turn that around for us. They quickly verified low oil, squeezed my vehicle in for an oil change at the end of a busy day during season and finished it off with a courtesy car wash and friendly smile.
