Buying a car was easy. Unfortunately they sold me accessories that could not be installed and haven't refunded me the money yet. I had service and recall work done on my car and requested a loaner. For the first time ever, I was told that I would have to pay a fee of $10, or could refill the tank by myself and not have to requested a loaner. For the first time ever, I was told that I would have to pay a fee of $10, or could refill the tank by myself and not have to pay the $10, I agreed to pay the $10 fee despite the fact that clearly, it would be more practical and affordable for the Dealership than having Genesis transport me 32 miles roundtrip to my house and having to use one of its staff to accomplish that task. I was charged more than the $10 and was told by the service manager that he would ask Joey to call me to discuss the matter. Joey never called me. More

Kevin said he was too busy to call because owner had been there much of day and then told me he had nothing to do with getting car here ( i explained that he represented Genesis and the franchise). he then explained that battery life has been a big issue, not the message i would want conveyed if i were selling cars. after the initial discussions however, all went well and i was given a loaner for 2 days while they recharged the battery More
