I would say the people in Genesis of Highland Park are not my business partners. They are more likely my families. After failing to find such a faithful dealer, I eventually had met the best customer care not my business partners. They are more likely my families. The most important thing as you know is the fact that there is no difference at all in the way they treat me before purchasing a car and after. Other dealers offer customer satisfaction, but this dealer delivers an experience that truly moves me. I hope all potential customers have that feelings that I had felt. More

There was an issue with the chrome trim when we picked up the vehicle on October 20, 2025. The salesman , Bekk Bayarsaikhan, said they would replace all the chrome. The last thing he said was "I'll call wh the vehicle on October 20, 2025. The salesman , Bekk Bayarsaikhan, said they would replace all the chrome. The last thing he said was "I'll call when the parts come in." I called a couple of times in November 2025. On December 4th I called again and Bekk said "I will call you tomorrow with a parts update. Never called back. I called again on January 26, 2026 and Bekk said he needed photos of the chrome. I told him I did not know to send photos but took the photos and tried to get help but there was a problem with my new import software. Now I am thinking why is this my problem? They knew the issue when we picked the vehicle should have taken pictures the if required. There has been little to no effort by the dealership to take care of this. Love the car. More

I decided to shop a few dealers, as I was deciding to purchase a new Genesis GV70. I wanted to see and experience the various GV70 models, without feeling rushed. I was also concerned about paying a fair price, without a pushy sales experience. HP delivered on all counts! Within a few days, I was in my new GV70 Sport Prestige! More
