Antim Patel, Service Manager and Eddy, Technician were GREAT! I had a low-air tire a few weeks prior to my oil change. When the day came that I scheduled the oil change, I worked with Antim Patel on the GREAT! I had a low-air tire a few weeks prior to my oil change. When the day came that I scheduled the oil change, I worked with Antim Patel on the phone. I asked him to specifically look at the tire that was low on air a few weeks prior. Turned out, there was a 3" nail in the tire. The required maintenance was done and my car was returned. Antim was great. He detailed the invoice to me and answered any questions I had.
