This is another dealership adding to the negative view that many have toward the profession. A Genesis GV70 that arrived a business day before I called today was advertised as $1500 under MSRP. I hadn’t n that many have toward the profession. A Genesis GV70 that arrived a business day before I called today was advertised as $1500 under MSRP. I hadn’t noticed that recent change in price and expected to pay MSRP based on a prior conversation with Marisol before the vehicle arrived. In today’s call I told Marisol I would buy the vehicle. She said it had been prepped and was ready for sale. But then the sales manager informs me that the vehicle would include over $4000 in dealer add-ons whether or not they had already been installed. This is after Marisol had told me last week that there would be no marketing adjustment and no dealer add-ons. She said that the vehicle would indeed sell for MSRP plus the usual extra costs that you pay at all dealerships like title, license, and tax. My nearest dealer sells them for MSRP and that’s it; no dealer add-ons or adjustment. I’ll wait on an order with it instead, likely a four month wait. More

When the day came that I scheduled the oil change, I worked with Antim Patel on the GREAT! I had a low-air tire a few weeks prior to my oil change. When the day came that I scheduled the oil change, I worked with Antim Patel on the phone. I asked him to specifically look at the tire that was low on air a few weeks prior. Turned out, there was a 3" nail in the tire. The required maintenance was done and my car was returned. Antim was great. He detailed the invoice to me and answered any questions I had.
