I made an appointment for service 1 week in advance for a recall on the vehicle and brought it as scheduled only to have the service rep call me half way through the day to tell me the part needed wasn’t ava recall on the vehicle and brought it as scheduled only to have the service rep call me half way through the day to tell me the part needed wasn’t available. Very frustrating. The staff in the service department is pleasant, but how is it possible that with an appointment they don’t have the part to replace for the recall? More

October 24,2025 I had an exceptional experience at Genesis of Englewood. I was warmly greeted by my service representative John. I explained my issues, the front seat would not go completely forward, Genesis of Englewood. I was warmly greeted by my service representative John. I explained my issues, the front seat would not go completely forward, navigation glitch and a very loud crackling noise from the sunroof going over bumps or driveways. All issues were resolved by their excellent service technicians. I cannot say enough about John’s professionalism and welcoming me to the Genesis of Englewood family.
